Had a really bad experience with the quite older lady at the check out today at 4.30 pm approx. 14/08/2023. She is rude and quite blunt and arrogant to me when I entered and when I was going through the check out. If this is her people and customer service skills, I think she needs to re consider her career to maybe a death row staff member. Utterly a pig of a women.

The guy on the checkout was so cheerful and helpful. Forgot to get his name but would return to this store just for his great customer service.

Just rude, that’s the staff. Male staff members go out of there way to help young attractive women but forget everyone else. Female staff only assist the elderly or mums. One star because of its location. First Choice also does price matching.

Today we had the hands down best experience I’ve ever had at a Dan Murphy’s. Caitlyn was so helpful, offering brilliant recommendations and all of them were incredible. She was friendly and approachable, really taking her time to find what was right for us. The customer service from the entire team was fabulous and very comfortable. Would go out of my way to visit this store in a heartbeat. Thank you!
